Barbara Birsinger - VP Human Resources
Barbara has over 25 years of experience in human resource management
with expertise in recruitment, benefit administration, employee
relations, wage and salary administration, and strategic planning
in the retail and insurance industry. Before joining Valley Oak
Systems, Barbara was Vice President of Human Resources for Professional
Risk Management, a subsidiary of St. Paul. She began her career
with Macy's and was an integral member of two retail start-ups.
Barbara attended the University of California, Berkeley where
she received a BA degree in History and obtained her MBA from
Santa Clara University.
