Alison joins us with over 20 years of management and operational expertise. She has previously worked at Delphi Technologies, Anderson Consulting/Accenture, Cover-All Technologies, and Crum and Forster Personal Insurance Company. Alison’s Implementation Services Team will be the primary point-of-contact for clients during the implementation of their iVOS system. Her position will focus on managing client software implementations: overseeing data conversion, training, improving implementation services, and establishing best practice methodologies.
