Ritza Vaughn - VP Client Services
Ritza has 19 years of experience in information technology, project
management and client implementations, of which the last eleven
years have been within the insurance industries. She has extensive
full life cycle product development experience and has managed
the development and deployment of distributed client-server systems
in a variety of situations. Ritza has successfully led numerous
large-scale system migrations from start to finish. Ritza's primary
focus has been to solve technological and organization issues
with client focused solutions that maximize business objectives
and technology investments.
Before joining Valley Oak Systems, Ritza was the Vice President
of Information Technology of a Third Party Administrator where
she was responsible for the development, deployment and support
of their claim administration systems. Prior to this, Ritza worked
for a large software development company in Australia.
